We caught up with Flagz co-founder Eon to question him about Flagz Fest.

For the benefit of those who don’t know Flagz Fest is a new event which incorporates national and soca international artistes.

It is in May 2012, purposely placed far enough away from Notthing Hill Carnival (which is normally the time when we see a lot of international artistes preforming in the UK).

As far as we know there hasn’t been anything like this event in the UK which isn’t connected to a carnival.
